We have a newly created role of Retail Media Marketing Manager to join us on a 12 month FTC contract.
You’ll own the end-to-end bespoke planning and execution pillar of Wickes Connected Retail Media proposition. This is an exciting, varied role in a newly created area that is developing at pace to realise and scale the opportunity! It will include developing and embedding process, meeting with prospective brand partners, evolving multi-channel campaigns to briefing channel owners to implement and evaluate client campaigns. You’ll be managing clients and internal stakeholders at all stages of the process.
What we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in marketing or with agency experience. You’ll be experienced in the development and production of full-funnel marketing campaigns with high commercial acumen and budget management. You’ll be experienced managing cross-functional stakeholders as well as leading and inspiring peers and agencies. As well as this you’ll have:
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
The ability to evolve & deliver documents such as Briefs, Business Cases, Management Reports, and Budget
Project management experience
The ability to interpret data and insight and use this to drive communication plans
Detailed knowledge of Full TTL comms mix
Research experience
The ability to be decisive and be comfortable with ambiguity
