Stores Distribution Centre (SDC)
At SDC we are the only warehouse that delivers directly to all of our 229 stores in the UK. The culture at SDC is built on our 5 Winning Behaviours (Winning, Be At Your Best, Authentic, Can Do Spirit and Humility).

There are several areas within our warehouse teams that enable us to get the right products to the right places. We have Pickers, Loaders, Tippers, Recycling, Putaways and Replenishing teams. Each colleague is required to drive Material Handling Equipment (MHE’s) to perform their daily tasks. Picking duties involve some heavy lifting but colleagues are rotated around to ensure they get a good mix of lighter and heavier products.
