The role...
Warehouse Supervisors act as ambassarods for the entire operation and report directly into the Warehouse Line Manager. They ensure warehouse operatives are adhering to all health & safety procedures and motivate them to reach and maximise their performance. You'll identify operational targets, drive continued efficiency and assist in the planning and control of labour to meet fluctuating workload requirements whilst developing a highly engaged and motivated team.
Contract: Permanent
Shift pattern: 5 out of 7
Weekly hours: 40 hours per week (22:00-06:00)
What we look for...
We are looking for a inspiring and enthusiastic candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills who has the ability to manage, influence and motivate others. We need you to prioritise and adhere to all H&S requirements at all times – no cutting corners there. Experience supervising a fast-paced warehouse/distribution team is beneficial. You need to be comfortable working with targets and always keep our customers in mind.
Ideally, you'll have MHE competency certification although training can be provided.

- Salary of £33,692.00
- Up to 7,5% monthly bonus based on site performance
