We are hiring! We are looking to recruit an Admin Supervisor to join the Stock Control team within the Multi-Channel Fulfilment Centre. Primarily working core office hours, on site Monday - Friday either 8-4 or 9-5 we are looking to recruit an Admin Supervisor to manage all Admin processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all members of the Admin department across the 24 hour MCFC operation

  • Review, create and identify opportunities to implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Admin department.

  • Ensure 100% compliance with operational procedures, tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain departmental documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.

  • Provide training and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their job functions effectively.

  • Oversee the remedial function within the department with clear guidelines around refunds and resends

  • Act as a point of escalation for the team when dealing with Customer Service queries

  • Support the customer returns process including stock write on’s, discrepancy reporting, raising of claims, appeals, liaising with 3PL’s & Customer Service

  • Develop a highly motivated team of potential leaders by encouraging open communication and holding regular briefing sessions and chairing minuted operational meetings as required.

  • Identify opportunities for improvements across the MCFC admin operation with a specific focus on the admin processes making improvements in colleague engagement  and customer satisfaction.

  • Able to confidently communicate across all levels including key external relationships

  • PC literate including building data reports and analysing the data to support decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Adaptable, organised, time critical decision maker, strong forward planning skills.

  • Thrives as being part of a team but also capable of working proficiently as an individual

  • Be able to prioritise jobs and adjust workload as needed.


You will be willing to work flexible hours and support implementation of change throughout the operation. You will have the capability to influence and communicate with all levels within the business.
