We are excited to be looking for a large number of colleagues to join our BRAND NEW store at Spa Park in Leamington Spa, we open in October. We want you to have the best induction and learn the Wickes way, so we are recruiting now!
If you love the interaction of customer service, that fast paced environment of retail, and are motivated, driven and hungry to learn, we would love to hear from you. It would be advantageous to have some experience training new team members, supporting scheduling rotas or being a keyholder.
We are offering a range of full time contracts on a shift rota, we are open from Monday to Friday 7am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 6pm and Sunday 10am - 6pm.
What will I be doing?
Whatever the day brings safety will be your first priority. You’ll motivate, guide and support your colleagues to achieve the best customer experience possible. You’ll be a key holder and supervise your team to complete daily tasks in the store manager's absence. Whether that’s ensuring the store is in tip top shape, fulfilling orders or making sure every customer finds help, you’ll be there to drive success.

If you are 21 yrs and over £12.05phr, 18 yrs - 20 yrs £11.37phr and under 18 yrs £8.77 phr + Additional Supervisor Allowance.
