- You’ll have knowledge of using both waterfall and agile approaches to deliver projects and how to proactively identify areas for process improvement.
- Experience of resource planning across multiple programmes and initiatives to identify and mitigate key resource challenges.
- Experience in designing and implementing lightweight processes/frameworks collaboratively with our stakeholders
- Experience in Financial Management including Budgeting, Forecasting, Actuals and Analysis
- You’ll agree and compile regular project and programme reporting, analysing agreed KPI’s and create milestone reporting for various stakeholders throughout Wickes
- With previous knowledge and understanding of business / IT needs, you will have the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence and work closely with management, senior leadership, and reputed vendors.
- A confident, self starter with strong knowledge and understanding of business IT needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
- Solid analytical, negotiation and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Atlassian toolset (specifically Jira/Confluence) would be beneficial
- Able to work in a small team and able to balance strategic change, running weekly governance mechanics and delving into detail for issue resolution.
- You’ll be able to work at pace, with a sense of urgency and be able to commit to high standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, customer service and business integrity.
- You’ll demonstrate sound judgement in the decision making process and have strong understanding of scope of contracts, including milestones and recognition of changes skills
