- Defining and Developing our policies, procedures and processes and updating regularly in response to the operational environment.
- Providing training, project and 3rd party support.
- Ensuring that the appropriate policies and structures are in place and meet the Wickes Security Policy.
- Maintain an awareness of regulation and best practice in Information Security and ensure that this is included within relevant policies.
- Being able to identify and manage any risks
- Implementation of new products and services by supporting the project teams with SME knowledge of security risk management
- You must be able to demonstrate your security governance experience, most specifically within a large organisation.
- Industry relevant qualifications such as ISO27001 Lead Auditor or equivalent.
- Cyber Risk Management
- Understanding of Technical Security Controls.
- Industry best practice for cyber security
- You will have the ability to build a strong knowledge and understanding of our business needs.
- With excellent interpersonal skills, you will have the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally and be able to influence both.
- Able to build relationships with key stakeholders / customers / 3rd parties.
- A true problem solver, able to work with others, making results of research understandable to a variety of audiences, including using visual forms of communication and communication tools.
- Methodical and tenacious in your approach
