We are excited to be looking for a large number of colleagues to join our BRAND NEW store at Spa Park in Leamington Spa, we open in October.  We want you to have the best induction and learn the Wickes way, so we are recruiting now!

If you love the interaction of customer service, that fast paced environment of retail, and are motivated, driven and hungry to learn, we would love to hear from you. It would be advantageous to have some similar experience, but if you don't, don't worry, we will teach you everything you need to know.  

We are offering a range of part time contracts on a shift rota, we are open from Monday to Friday 7am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 6pm and Sunday 10am - 6pm. 

What will I be doing?
Every day you’ll be helping our customers by inspiring them to improve their homes, so it’s important that you offer every person who walks through our doors the best customer experience. We are looking for someone who has experience working in a similar role. It is beneficial if you have experience operating a forklift or are interested in being trained on it.

  • If you are 21 yrs and over £11.44phr, 18 yrs - 20 yrs £10.79phr and under 18 yrs £7.94 phr.
  • Up to £300 per month bonus
  • Various shift patterns to suit your need

  • Up to 35 days of annual leave including 8 days of bank holidays
