Due to continued growth we have exciting opportunities for Class 1 Truck Drivers to join our Home Delivery network at our Northampton HDN Distribution Centre to trunk loads to outbases
Hours 45 per week & Salary
AM Trucker £16.66 Per Hour at £38984.40 with up to £45.00 Bonus weekly + Benefits
PM Trucker £17.42 Per Hour at £40754.77 with up to £45.00 Bonus weekly + Benefits
Please note: This role will cover any 5 days out of 7, with various start times . with some nights out as required
There may also be a requirement from time to time to support the transport team and make deliveries to stores, Due to the nature of the role, a degree of flexibility is required
The working hours are as per business requirements. This means that when needed there is an expectation to work to early starts, evenings, Bank Holidays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
To assist with the safe delivery of all stock sold within our Delivery Network, following all company policies, procedures and health & safety regulations.
To maintain the highest standards at all times
Understanding and following all transport regulations.
Ensuring all EU regulations are adhered to.
What are we looking for?
C+E Licence
Up to date CPC
No more than 6 points on your licence
Basic Maths/English
Basic IT skills
Geographical knowledge
Working knowledge of WTD regulations
Good verbal communication skills
We will also consider newly passed test drivers.
