Our Design Consultants are often first people customers meet in-store, or in their own homes, and as they say, we only get one chance to make a first impression. DCs need to be presentable, friendly and good at listening to customers’ wants and needs, while inspiring them by talking passionately and knowledgeably about the kitchen or bathroom they dream of. They’re expected to create innovative designs that will help our customers achieve their aspirations, guaranteeing the sale by attending to every detail and placing customer satisfaction as their priority.
